Essential oils are known for their therapeutic virtues. They affect not only the body, but can also affect our emotions and our state of mind. Here is a small mixture of essential oils to put in the diffuser to create a warm atmosphere by these rather cold times:
– 5 ml of balsam fir (Abies balsamea)
– 1 ml of Ceylon cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)
– 4 ml of sweet orange (Citrus sinesis)
To diffuse between 5 and 10 minutes taking advantage of the benefits. Go for it! Breathe … naturally.
