Kiran Vadaga is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in clinical psychology in Montreal with special research focus on memory and attentional declines in older adults. With regards to his clinical training, he is interested in understanding the positive effects of Mindfulness meditation on anxiety, depression and attention-related disorders. Kiran has been practicing mindfulness meditation (Vipasaana Meditation, as taught by S.N. Goenka) for the last 10 years, and is happy to share his meditation experience and expertise with others.
