Cancellation Policy

C'est pourquoi nous avons mis en place une politique d'annulation de 24 heures. POLITIQUE D'ANNULATION/MODIFICATION : • Veuillez svp nous fournir un préavis d'au moins 24 heures pour tout changement ou annulation de votre rendez-vous . • Les annulations ou modifications effectuées à moins de 24 heures entraîneront des frais équivalents à 100%, donc le montant total du service réservé. COMMENT ANNULER OU MODIFIER : • Vous pouvez contacter notre personnel d'accueil par téléphone ou par e-mail. • Si vous ne pouvez pas nous contacter pendant les heures d'ouverture, n'hésitez pas à laisser un message vocal. EN CAS DE NON-PRÉSENTATION: Les clients qui ne se présentent pas à leur rendez-vous sans préavis seront facturés le montant total du service. EXCEPTIONS : • Nous comprenons que des urgences peuvent survenir. Dans de tels cas, veuillez nous en informer dès que possible, et nous ferons de notre mieux pour accommoder votre situation. • Les exceptions à la politique d'annulation seront examinées à la discrétion de notre équipe. FACTURATION ET PAIEMENT : • Les frais pour les annulations ou modifications à moins de 24 heures du rendez-vous prévu vous seront facturés par courriel. • Le paiement de ces frais sera dû dans les 24 heures suivant l'annulation ou la modification. Votre coopération et votre compréhension de notre politique d'annulation sont grandement appréciées. ************************************************************************** 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY We understand life can be unpredictable, but as a valued client of our holistic health center, your time and our practitioners' time are equally precious. We've therefore instituted a 24-hour cancellation policy. CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICY: • Please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to your scheduled appointments. • Cancellations or modifications made within less than 24 hours will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the service booked. • This policy applies to all appointments, including classes, and workshops. HOW TO CANCEL OR MODIFY: • You can reach out to our reception staff by phone or email. NO-SHOWS: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Thank you,
